Pawcatuck theater redevelopment

Stonington ― Members of the Planning and Zoning Commission praised the cooperative efforts of a development team on Tuesday after an affordable housing component was added to its plan to redevelop the former former Hoyt’s/Regal Cinema property on Route 2 into residential, commercial and recreational space.
