Stonington Harbor is a protected harbor which is ideal for cruising visitors. All docks and moorings provide easy access to restaurants, shopping, cultural events and a farmer’s market in Stonington Borough. The Pawcatuck River is home to 67 species of fish and provides excellent fishing grounds for recreational fisherman. The river has several marinas on both the Connecticut and Rhode Island sides of the river.
